Terms and Conditions — Joy Game 5 Pakistan Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to Joy Game 5. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Joy Game 5 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Joy Game 5 website at joygame5.app, registering an account, or using any service offered through the platform — including slot games, fish games, live casino, cricket betting, PSL markets and all other gaming or betting products — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Joy Game 5 will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all wagers placed , deposits made and withdrawals requested.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify Joy Game 5 support immediately using the contact details provided on the platform. Until such a report is made, any transactions or activity under your account will be considered your own.

• Accounts must be registered with your real name — nicknames or aliases are not permitted.
• Only one account is allowed per household, per device and per payment method.
• Account sharing with another person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Joy Game 5 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). • Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

5. Gaming & Betting Rules

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL markets, T20 internationals, football and esports, the following general rules apply:

• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been confirmed by the system, except where a specific cash-out option is available and active for that market.

• Joy Game 5 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a system or pricing error has occurred.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing on the platform grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Joy Game 5's intellectual property without prior written permission.

Game titles and their associated assets are the intellectual property of the respective game development studios and are used by Joy Game 5 under licence. You may not copy, extract or use these assets outside of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Joy Game 5 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, Joy Game 5 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joy Game 5 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.

11. Account Termination

You may close your Joy Game 5 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification is pending.

Joy Game 5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
• The account has been dormant for an extended period without any login or activity.
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time following a request.
• The account is associated with money laundering, underage use, or any criminal activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided. Real-money deposits will be returned in PKR where there is no suspicion of fraud or criminal conduct.

12. Changes to These Terms
